数独のお勉強　プライバシーポリシー

からあげソフト（以下「当方」）は、モバイルアプリ「数独のお勉強」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 当方が収集する情報

本アプリに利用者登録はありません。当方は、氏名・メールアドレス・端末の識別子など、利用者を特定できる情報を収集しません。

本アプリが保存する情報（解いた難易度、得点、設定、解きかけの盤面など）は、利用者の端末内に保存されます。これらは本アプリを削除すると端末から消去されます。

ただし「今日のテスト」を利用した場合に限り、順位と偏差値を集計するため、次の情報を当方のサーバー（Cloudflare 社のサービスを利用しています）へ送信します。

• 端末ごとの番号（本アプリが無作為に作る文字列です。端末の識別子や広告識別子とは関係がなく、利用者を特定することはできません）
• 問題の日付と、問題を始めたこと（サーバーが受け取った時刻を記録します）
• 解き終えた盤面と、ヒント・チェックを使った量（点数の計算に使います）

これらは順位と偏差値の集計にのみ使います。ほかの利用者に個別の結果や番号を見せることはなく、表示するのは参加人数・平均などの集計と、ご自身の順位だけです。第三者への提供や販売は行いません。送信された結果は、およそ1年2か月（その月と前の13か月）を過ぎたものから消去します。本アプリを削除すると端末の番号も消えるため、それ以降、送信済みの結果を利用者と結びつけることはできません。

また、本アプリをよりよくするため、「今日のテスト」を解き終えたときに、次の利用状況を上記の端末ごとの番号とあわせて当方のサーバーへ送信します。

• 解いた難易度と、どこまで進んだか（裏面を含みます）
• 難易度ごとの最高点・最近の平均点・解いた回数
• 解き方ごとにヒントを使った回数と、チェックを使った回数（最近の100回ぶんの合計）
• 本アプリの版と、表示している言語

これらは、どの難易度や解き方でつまずく方が多いかを調べ、問題の難しさや説明を改善するためにのみ使います。端末ごとに最新の1件だけを残し、ほかの利用者に見せたり、第三者に提供・販売したりすることはありません。およそ1年2か月更新のないものは消去します。

通信の際にIPアドレスなどの通信情報がサーバーの運用上処理されることがありますが、当方はこれを集計に使わず、保存もしません。

2. 広告について

本アプリは、Google が提供する広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を利用して広告を表示することがあります。AdMob は、広告の配信のために広告識別子などの情報を取得する場合があります。取得される情報の内容と利用目的については、Google のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

広告識別子のリセットや、パーソナライズ広告の無効化は、端末の設定から行えます。

欧州経済領域（EEA）・英国・スイスにお住まいの方には、広告のために情報を使うことについて、アプリの起動時に同意をお伺いします。選んだ内容は、アプリの設定の「広告のプライバシー設定」からいつでも変更できます。

3. 解析ツールについて

本アプリは、第三者が提供するアクセス解析ツールやクラッシュ報告ツールを使用していません。上記1の利用状況は、当方のサーバーへ直接送信するもので、第三者には渡りません。

4. 外部サイトへの移動

本アプリには、音楽素材の配布元や検索結果など、外部のウェブサイトを開くためのリンクが含まれています。リンク先での情報の取り扱いについては、当方は責任を負いかねます。移動先のサイトの定めをご確認ください。

5. 子どもの利用について

本アプリは、特定の年齢層を対象として設計されたものではありません。当方は、利用者の年齢を判別するための情報を収集していません。

6. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーの内容は、必要に応じて変更することがあります。変更した場合は、本ページの最終更新日を改めます。重要な変更を行う場合は、本アプリ内でお知らせします。

Sudoku Practice — Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Karaage Soft ("we") handles information in the mobile application Sudoku Practice ("the app").

1. Information we collect

The app has no user accounts. We do not collect information that identifies you, such as your name, email address or device identifiers.

Everything the app saves — the difficulties you have cleared, your scores, your settings and any puzzle in progress — is stored on your own device. It is deleted from your device when you uninstall the app.

The one exception is Today's Test. When you use it, the app sends the following to our server (which runs on Cloudflare's services) so that ranks and standard scores can be calculated:

• A per-device number, which the app generates at random. It is unrelated to your device identifiers or advertising identifier and cannot identify you.
• The date of the puzzle and the fact that you started it (the server records when it was received).
• The completed board and how much you used hints and Check (used to calculate your score).

We use this only to calculate ranks and standard scores. Individual results and numbers are never shown to other users; the app shows only totals such as the number of participants and the average, together with your own rank. We do not share or sell this information. Results that have been sent are deleted after about fourteen months (the current month and the thirteen before it). Uninstalling the app deletes the per-device number, after which results already sent can no longer be linked to you.

To help us improve the app, when you finish a Today's Test puzzle the app also sends the following usage information to our server, together with the per-device number above:

• Which difficulties you have cleared and how far you have progressed (including the reverse side)
• For each difficulty, your best score, your recent average score and how many times you have solved it
• How many times you used hints for each technique, and how many times you used Check (totals over your most recent 100 games)
• The app version and the language you are using

We use this only to find out which difficulties and techniques people tend to get stuck on, so that we can improve the puzzles and explanations. We keep only the latest record for each device, never show it to other users, and do not share or sell it. Records that have not been updated for about fourteen months are deleted.

Network information such as your IP address may be processed while the server handles a request. We do not use it for the calculation and do not store it.

2. Advertising

The app may display advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect information such as an advertising identifier in order to deliver ads. For what is collected and why, please see Google's own policy.

You can reset your advertising identifier or turn off personalised advertising from your device settings.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent to the use of information for advertising when it starts. You can change your choice at any time from "Ad privacy settings" in the app's settings.

3. Analytics

The app does not use any third-party analytics or crash-reporting service. The usage information described in section 1 is sent directly to our own server and is not passed to any third party.

4. Links to other sites

The app contains links that open external websites, such as the pages where its background music is published, and web search results. We are not responsible for how those sites handle information. Please refer to their own policies.

5. Children

The app is not directed at any particular age group. We do not collect any information that would let us determine a user's age.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when necessary. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. We will announce any significant change inside the app.
